Pay Rent Online
Paying rent online with Pacific Continental Realty is easy. When you apply for an apartment you will automatically be set up on our online tenant portal system. The portal can be accessed by your web browser or smart phone app. Payments can be made via ACH for a one time $0.99 fee, or debit/credit card for a 2.5% fee. In addition to paying rent on your online portal, you can also access your current balance, view a copy of your lease, request maintenance, and much more.

Emergencies happen. Please call the Pacific Continental Realty’s 24 hour line if you are experiencing an emergency in your unit or apartment building. For all non-emergency issues, please use the maintenance portal online or your tenant portal smart phone app. Pacific Continental Realty will respond to your maintenance request made through the tenant portal. Please note that you will be charged for the maintenance if the cause of the issue is determined to be neglect, misuse, or abuse per Section 5 Tenant Obligations of your lease.
Residential Tenant Information
Applications Fees: The fee to apply for an apartment is $40.00. This fee is non-refundable. The fee for a co-signer if required is also $40.00 and non-refundable.
Pet Policy: Not all properties managed by Pacific Continental Realty allow pets.
Renters Insurance: All properties managed by Pacific Continental Realty require renters insurance in the form of a HO4 or master policy. We contract with ResidentShield for HO4 policies, which is renter’s insurance that covers your personal possessions and the liability required by the landlord. You are also welcome to provide proof of your own renter’s insurance policy. If you do not provide proof of renter’s insurance, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy for a small monthly fee in addition to your rent.
Roommates and Lease Takeovers: Pacific Continental Realty does not mediate roommate disputes. If you chose to add or change a roommate during a lease, you need to have the incoming roommate make a lease application. If approved, the new roommate will be required to pay a $250 administrative fee upon signing onto the existing lease.
