The Cascade Industrial Center (CIC) is an officially designated Manufacturing, and Industrial Center approved by the Puget Sound Regional Council. The CIC includes over 4,000 acres of land zoned for industrial and manufacturing, with over 1,700 developable acres. Nearly all the area is located within the Marysville City limits.
