KC Coonc has been involved with the sale and leasing of real estate for over 30 years. KC’s fathers’ family and mothers’ family were early pioneers in the Skagit County area in the timber industry as loggers and mill operators. KC grew up working in the family businesses, creating a strong positive work ethic. He began selling real estate when he graduated high school in 1981. After a few years, KC changed his career and worked several industrial jobs including commercial fishing, industrial construction, and logging operations management internationally in Russia.

In 1999, KC reentered the real estate industry in Bellingham Washington with a focus on commercial sales and leasing. KC is very focused on developing long-term client relationships and frequently participates in projects that take several years to bring to the market. KC is team oriented for mutual success of owners, landlords, and affiliated relationships.

KC is the Washington State Designated Broker for Pacific Continental Realty and oversees

Pacific Continental Maintenance.
