Pete is a lifelong Whatcom County resident who has owned and operated multiple businesses over the last 30 years. He has been involved in the sales and leasing of both commercial and residential properties since 1992, working successfully with owners and tenants during negotiations. During that time, he has been a General Contractor overseeing projects ranging from residential properties, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and Tenant Improvement buildouts. For the past 20 years, Pete focused primarily on the hospitality sector, owning several restaurants. Pete has also been involved with the land analysis, purchase, and leasing of numerous corporate restaurant locations. Including overseeing the construction phases to acting General Manager once the restaurants were operational. Pete’s business acumen combined with his work ethic and passion for Real Estate has made being a Broker at PCR a perfect match.
